Each visit lasts 25 minutes. One adult and two children are allowed per visit. You can have up to two in-person visits per week, but remote visits through IC Solutions are unlimited. You need to schedule at least 24 hours ahead but no more than a week out. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the visit gets canceled.
