Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail

The Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail sits at 102 North Meadows Lane in Pattonsburg. It holds up to 160 inmates from both counties. This jail is a separate entity. It is not run by the Daviess County Sheriff. Instead, it has its own director and staff. Bret Thogmartin serves as the director, and Nicholas Neill is the deputy director.

How to Request Daviess County Records

Under RSMo Section 610.100, arrest reports are open records in Missouri. To get a booking report from Daviess County, you contact the regional jail directly. Provide the full name of the person and any dates you have. Written requests are best, but the jail staff can help you over the phone too.
